Train Journeys in Ecuador

Since 2012 several train routes in Ecuador are being offered to the public. All train journeys offer high quality comfort and a enjoyable experience. It is a sustainable operation where many local communities are involved. 

During the train excursion you will observe gorgeous landscapes, snow capped mountains, rural tilled lands and indigenous people. All trains are powered by electrodiesel locomotives with colonial style coaches. 

You can travel in a:
  • Standard Wagon: Seats : side to side 
  • Premium Wagon: Seats face to face with table in between, air conditioning, snacks and drink service
